Components:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 + 1 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch pink pepper flakes (optionally available)
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon honey
Juice of 1 1/2 lime
3 medium zucchini, spiralized or minimize into noodles
Salt and contemporary cracked pepper to style
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1.In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, pink pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon cilantro, honey, lime juice and lime zest. Add raw shrimp and toss to combine nicely. Marinate for 15 to twenty minutes.
2. Warmth 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high warmth, add the drained shrimp, prepare dinner for two minutes, flip, and add the marinade. Prepare dinner for 1 extra minute and set the shrimp apart.
